DevDash.tech
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the DevDash.tech landing page and private beta request flow collect, use, and share information. It is written for the current landing deployment and will evolve as the product moves beyond private beta.
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Information we collect
When you request early access, we collect the email address you provide, plus your name and note if you choose to include them. We use this information to manage the private beta, review requests, prevent duplicate requests, and contact you about access to DevDash.
Like most websites and hosting providers, our servers and service providers may automatically process basic technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We use this information to keep the landing page available, secure, and working correctly.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to early-access requests, send product and invite communications you asked for, operate and protect the landing page, troubleshoot bugs, understand aggregate interest in DevDash, and comply with legal obligations.
If DevDash later invites you into the product, the app may ask you to connect tools such as GitHub, Vercel, Sentry, or Supabase. Those future product connections are separate from this landing page and will be handled according to the notices shown when you connect them.
How we share information
The landing page forwards early-access requests to the DevDash application service so the request can be recorded and reviewed. We may also share information with vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, or operate the site and beta request workflow.
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share your early-access details for third-party advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This landing page does not set advertising cookies in the codebase reviewed for this policy. Hosting, security, or infrastructure providers may still use essential technologies to deliver the site, prevent abuse, measure reliability, or keep logs.
If we add optional analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy and provide any consent or opt-out controls required for those tools.
Retention
We keep early-access request information for as long as needed to operate the beta list, evaluate requests, contact you about DevDash, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal and security obligations.
You can ask us to delete your early-access request information at any time by contacting us at the email below. We may need to retain limited records when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit collection, limit access, and protect the information we keep.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit the early-access form. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your early-access request information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If we need to verify a request, we will use the information you provide only for that verification and response process.
Children
DevDash is intended for professional software builders, teams, and agencies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this landing page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the landing page, beta process, or DevDash product changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.
