DevDash.tech
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the DevDash.tech landing page and private beta early-access request flow. They are written for the current landing deployment and will evolve as the product moves beyond private beta.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DevDash.tech landing page and the private beta early-access request flow (together, the "Site"). By accessing the Site or submitting an early-access request, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" refers to that organization.
The service
DevDash.tech is an engineering operations hub for teams that ship. The current Site is a marketing landing page and a way to request access to the DevDash private beta. Features described on the Site may change, and access to the product is offered at our discretion while DevDash is in private beta.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or beta program at any time without liability, though we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Early-access requests and accounts
When you request early access, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity associated with any request or account you create and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you later receive.
We may accept, decline, waitlist, or revoke access to the private beta at our discretion, including where we suspect abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, not scraping or harvesting data beyond ordinary browsing, not submitting false or fraudulent requests, and not using the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including limiting or terminating access, against anyone who violates these Terms or engages in conduct we reasonably consider harmful.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its content, design, logos, and DevDash.tech branding, is owned by DevDash.tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to view and use the Site as intended, no rights are granted to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
If DevDash later invites you into the product, it may let you connect third-party tools such as GitHub, Vercel, Sentry, or Supabase. Those integrations are governed by the terms and privacy notices of the respective providers, in addition to any terms shown when you connect them.
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
Disclaimers
The Site and private beta are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Any material or information obtained through the Site is used at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevDash.tech and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Site or private beta.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DevDash.tech harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Site, beta process, or DevDash product changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where DevDash.tech is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
